  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories still intact.
  • Products such as baby clothing, toys, and accessories must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including diapers, baby bottles, pacifiers, and opened skincare products.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include an order confirmation email or receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible), and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure that you include the return authorization number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

8. International Returns
